  • 1 round ass
  • 1 Sieve
  • 1 Rolling pin
  • Greaseproof paper
  • 1 Pizza tray
  • 350 g. Flour
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 15 Cl Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Sachet Baker’s yeast
  • 20 g. tomato paste
  • 100 g. Fresh salmon
  • 8 Pieces Black Olives
  • 8 Pieces Capers
  • 15 g Powdered camel milk
  1. Sift the flour into the bowl

  2. Add the baker’s yeast and salt

  3. Add olive oil and 25 cl of water

  4. Knead with your hands

  5. Cover with a damp cloth and set aside for 1 hour in the fridge

  6. Roll out the dough with the rolling pin

  7. Put the baking paper on the pizza pan then add the dough

  8. Put the oven at 250 ° C

  9. Prick the bottom of the pizza dough with a fork and bake for 5 minutes

  10. Take the pizza dough out of the oven

  11. Spread the tomato coulis, add the salmon in pieces, the olives and the capers

  12. Bake for 10 minutes

  13. Take out of the oven and sprinkle with camel milk

  14. Cut and taste
