CAMEL MILK DURING PREGNANCY
Calcium intake is recommended during pregnancy, for bones, teeth, and more, for you and your baby.
Taking calcium naturally guarantees better assimilation.
Look no further, camel milk is THE BEST ALTERNATIVE TO TAKE THE CALCIUM you need every day and this in the simplest way possible, with a glass of milk.
Nutrition during certain periods of life: pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood and old age
Depending on the period of the life cycle, nutrient requirements differ. Women of childbearing age have more needs due to menstruation and, of course, during pregnancy and lactation. Infants and children have greater needs per unit of weight than adults simply because they are getting older. The elderly are also a vulnerable group; the risk of malnutrition is greater in them than in younger adults.
Certain deficiency diseases are more common in certain groups (see part III). In this chapter, the focus will be on the energy needs of people at different stages of their lives.
Energy comes from the food and drink that humans consume. The nutritional needs of women of childbearing age (especially pregnant and breastfeeding), young children, adolescents and the elderly are not the same as those of men between 15 and 60 years old. The amounts of food therefore do not have to be the same for everyone.
Figure 2 gives a general idea of the amounts of common, cooked foods needed for each category per day.
The presentation of the properties and potential benefits of camel milk on this site is based on scientific research, laboratory tests and consumer experiences.
